PRESS RELEASE

TriNoma launched its annual lights and sounds show last November 9, 2013 and I was there to witness the spectacular show heralding the holiday season. I wish I brought The Minis, though. They would have enjoyed it!

Starting November 9, Merry Musical Lights will play every evening at 7PM, 8PM and 9PM at the TriNoma Garden Restaurants until January 5, 2014.

According to Mark Anthony L. Sablan, General Manager of TriNoma:

This year’s Merry Musical Lights Show revolves around the `Magical Circus’ theme. True to the theme’s playful nature, this year’s display of lights is expected to be more fun and lively with color-changing spheres and sparkling lights scattered around the Garden Restaurants. We’re going beyond the usual Christmas tree lighting and presenting an experience that people will want to share and enjoy with their loved ones.

Merry Musical Lights features Filipino and foreign Christmas songs set to a dazzling light display, with each show lasting seven to eight minutes. TriNoma customers will find that the sequences vary every showtime, with a Filipino Christmas medley at one time and traditional tunes like “Joy to the World” and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing!” in the next.

Merry Musical Lights can be enjoyed by TriNoma customers on all three levels of the Garden Restaurants area, where a number of wonderful dining options await. A hub for local and international flavors, TriNoma’s Garden Restaurants offer a wide variety of choices aside from a great view of the show.

TriNoma encourages customers to record their Merry Musical Lights experience and share their experience over TriNoma’s social media pages: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Aside from watching Merry Musical Lights, shoppers can also enjoy TriNoma’s Green Light Sale from November 15-17 wherein stores will give discounts of up to 70%. An iPhone 5, iPad Mini and other cool prizes also await lucky shoppers. All you need to do is to present a minimum P500 receipt to be included in the raffle. Toys “R” Us will also have a Big Toy Sale at the TriNoma Activity Center from November 13-18.

Mr. Sablan added:

The holiday season evokes the spirit of togetherness, most especially in the Philippine setting. This is exactly what inspired us to bring this Christmas spectacle to life. More than any regular holiday attraction, Merry Musical Lights aims to set a new Christmas tradition and bring memorable experiences to families and friends through a dazzling play of lights and sounds.
