Yes, I’m still alive + A Sneak Peek at Our New Office

Hello! How are you all doing? It’s been a month since I last wrote a blog post…crazy. If you’re wondering why I’ve been MIA, that’s because I’ve been very busy since April. Due to rising client demands, after seven years, I’ve finally decided to expand, get an office, and hire employees! Yay! As exciting as expanding a business can be, it also requires a huge chunk of time and money. And so I decided to put everything else on hold and focused on my family, my health, and the business.

As July approaches, I can say that we have finally found stability in the new set up–with me working from home some days and working in an office with the minis in tow other days. It was hectic and stressful at first as we were getting used to the set up, but now I can say we’re getting used to it!

And now that we’re settling down in our new norm, I’ve decided it’s about time to go back and dust off the cobwebs that have formed in this virtual home of mine.

I’ve been meaning to write a post a couple of days back, but I couldn’t think of what to write about yet. So since I mentioned the new office already, I thought I’d give you a sneak peek at it…

My office table can get a bit messy some times because this is where I do all my work. And by all I mean my project management work, photography, doodles, etc. You might not see it, but I’ve actually created dedicated stations for each of my loves. (Don’t try to look for those stations, only I can see it. Lol!)

BUT, what I love most about my office is this:

Isn’t this wooden flooring a beauty?! I love it so much, I’ve banned heels from the office so as not to scratch the floor. Haha! Our employees love that rule, though, because they get to wear their comfy bunny slippers in the office. Win-win!

We still have a lot to add to this office, but we’re happy with how it’s looking so far. I wish I took a before photo, you’d be shocked at the transformation. 😀 Anyway- that’s it for now. I’m still trying to get my blogging rhythm back…this is a good start, eh? Watch out for my next post!

Congrats Kim!! Nakakakilig naman yang update na yan. I’m still here too, although I haven’t updated my blog yet. I’m trying to build a portfolio and soon offer portrait shoots and whatnot. Pero shempre, di kayang kabogin yang office mo. hehe! So happy for you!

Hi Camille! For some reason, I can’t view your blog. 🙁 Isn’t it exciting that we’re really making our passion happen?! Congratulations to both of us! <3
