Our Fun Learning Adventure with the Toddler BuriBox

The BuriBox is a monthly subscription for parents and toddlers.

A few weeks back, we received a pleasant surprise in our mail from BuriBox, a monthly subscription box that contains Filipino books and activities for kids. This is very useful for us at this point because my daughter is entering Kinder School and this time, they’ll have a Filipino subject.

Teach your child important academic and life skills with the help of BuriBox.

I’ve been quite nervous about Kinder year since The Princess still hasn’t learned to speak Filipino. I looked into tutorial lessons, but thought something less formal and more fun would be best for her “Filipino training” this summer. And that’s exactly what the BuriBox is all about–fun learning!

The BuriBox is all about fun learning!

Inside the box we received are two books and lots of activities to last us four weekends. The books and activities encourage parents and children to explore the Filipino language through song and stories. Don’t worry though since there are English translations too for beginners, like my daughter.

More than fun learning, the BuriBox promotes bonding between the parent and child.

What I love about the BuriBox is that it allows the child to learn at her own pace with the help of materials and activities that are interesting for both the child and the parent. It encourages development of literacy in both English and Filipino, critical thinking, and creativity. The activities also boost socio-emotional make-up as well as gross and fine motor skills. But most importantly, the BuriBox creates a one-of-a-kind bonding experience between parents and their children.

Develop gross and fine motor skills through the BuriBox.

If you’re looking for educational materials and activities for your child delivered to your home, I highly recommend BuriBox. With this monthly subscription box, you can say goodbye to boring weekends!

Get your first BuriBox at a SPECIAL price here! Note that there are different boxes for every age group so be sure to choose the right one for your child before ordering. Enjoy!!!

I ordered one too! My son is about to turn 2 so we hid the other activities, but he loves the books that go with it 🙂

Thia is a great idea for kids especially those who are about to enter school. How much is the subscription for the BuriBox?

    1. Kimberley Reyes

It’s PHP 799 per month. Not bad since you get books and activities for the whole month!

Our son was able to enjoy a Buribox subscription for 6 months. There’s so many activities in each box. We actually haven’t finished doing all of them til now.

Until now, I haven’t tried Buribox yet because of Paypal. I do hope that they will offer a different payment soon. I want to try it with my twins.

I think the Toddler Buribox will be great for your 2-year old! 🙂

  7. I think I will have to subscribe to Buri Box as well when my son turns two years old already. I wanted him to be reading books instead of playing gadgets and such. 🙂

What’s not to love about the Buribox, right? It’s so sulit that we were able to use the materials from 2 boxes for months. I opted not to get a subscription yet because Yuri just started enrichment school and might get overwhelmed, but I’m hoping to subscribe in a couple of months.

I’m hoping the Buri Box will still be around by the time we start homeschooling our little popy. I find that it will be very helpful to us. 🙂 Plus it comes with activities.

I wish this Buribox subscription was already available when my son was much younger. It gives kids an activity that is both fun and productive.

Adarna House had a brilliant project in Buribox. It gave parents ways and activities on how to maximize their board books and storybooks. We have a number of Adarna storybooks in our shelves and I’d like to think of activites/games to make the stories more interesting for my little boy. Thanks for sharing your Buribox experience!

I’ve been hearing a lot of good reviews about Buribox. I will definitely subscribed when my son reached the right age.

  15. My kids and I also like doing arts and crafts after reading books. Lately, we have not been painting as often since we don’t have maids to help me clean up the mess at home. I hope we can do more of these again soon.

  16. I’m a Buribox fan. I love how my youngest took to it. Our favorites are the Figure it out books.

Learning really is supposed to be fun. Kids learn more when they enjoy and love what they do. Will check out Buribox for my son.

  18. We’ve tried this before but because my son is in grade school na, we have very limited time to do the activities. But this is really nice and how I wish this is available when he was still in Preschool years.
