Corned Beef and Sunny-side Up Egg ala… Noah’s Ark?

Home sweet home! After four days in Tagaytay, we are finally home. I certainly enjoyed our food trips there, especially buffet breakfasts, but nothing can ever beat meals prepared by my very artsy chef-wanna-be husband.

Since we’ve been away for almost the whole week, there is practically nothing special in our pantry – so he just made the best out of the ever reliable canned food. Today, he prepared a sweet and spicy plate of corned beef and a very pepper-y sunny-side up egg for our breakfast.

I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw the graham crackers made to look like sails on top of a small boat-shaped plate with rice.

Very creative, eh?

It has been a long time since I had eaten corned beef. Thailand is a Buddhist country. Cow is a sacred animal for them.
