You know a man is for keeps when he makes you feel like a queen. Arjay does that by cooking and plating Pinterest-worthy breakfast plates. He said he treats each plate a work of art. I can’t say he doesn’t… I mean, look at this, this, and this!
The photo above is the usual corned beef spruced up with onions, mangoes, almonds, and a piece of chocolate for dessert. Pair it with a sunny-side up and garlic rice and you’ll be taken to breakfast heaven!
Daddy A’s Spruced Up Corned Beef
What you’ll need:
- Corned Beef
- Onions (for saute and as a garnishing)
- Garlic (for saute)
- Mangoes cut into cubes
- An egg
- Rice
- Almonds
We like adding a bit of sugar and pepper to our corned beef since it gives a sweet and spicy taste. Try it!
Wow! That plating looks like it was done by a pro! My husband also cooks for me, but he can’t be bothered with plating. “Rustic” daw ang drama nya. Haha.
Naku, my husband takes his cooking and plating seriously. We’re not even allowed to go to the kitchen while his “work of art” is in progress! Haha. Galing ng “rustic” excuse ng husband mo ha!
sarap naman! sometimes naman we put malunggay leaves pag may sabaw yung gawa naming cornbeef. Ok naman ang lasa. Yung sa inyo, ganda ng presentation a! =)
Ayaw kasi ni hubby ng masabaw, but that’s a nice way to incorporate veggies sa breakfast ha! 🙂 That’s hubby’s simple joy~ plating our meals. I don’t mind naman since it’s like eating in a resto.
Amazing! I can’t wait for Daddy A’s entries for CBM! :p
Can you give us a guide? He has no idea raw what to prepare. Haha!
